Westminster Dog Show

Fugazy assisted the Westminster Kennel Club when they hosted the 147th and 148th annual dog shows at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, located in Queens, New York. We managed the venue traffic plan and all parking lots while operating shuttle services, both on and off-site.

Offerings

Shuttle Service: Utilized transit buses and mini coaches to transport contestants, judges, staff and spectators from hotels and parking lots to the venue.
Parking Lot Management: Directed traffic in and around the venue while monitoring and organizing parking lots as guests entered/exited the event.
Valet Service: Contestants were given the option of valeting their vehicles on-site
Parking Fee Collection: Staff operated ‘Point of Sale’ devices for all self parkers at off site locations.
